F&P, acronym of Food & Project Consulting srl, is an Italian company of consultancy and research since 1997, working all over the world in different food industrial fields.
The company, founded by Marco Vanalli with its head office in Gorle (Bergamo) Italy, can boast decades of experience and offers to its Customers a highly qualified know-how and technical consultancy for the solution to different problems in the food industry.
F&P works in different food sectors, such as dairy, ice cream, sauces and mayonnaises, jam and semi-processed fruit but also vegetable drinks, yogurt and fruit juices.
Thanks to a continuous and constant updating of new technologies, products and raw materials, F&P can guarantee great competence and offer Customers his experience and know-how throughout the project, including the start-up and optimization of production lines of different food products.
One of the most recently developed sectors is that of vegetable drinks (rice, oat, soy, coconut, etc.), where F&P can offer complete assistance on the project, starting from the plant to the recipe and to the complete process.

Over the years F&P has devoted a great deal of time to research in the ultrasonic field. Thanks to that study and the application of this technology F&P successfully achieved the microencapsulation of products, both liquid and solid, with results not achievable using other technologies.
Thanks to the direct experience of its founder in the pectin sector, F&P is able to offer strong know-how also in this important field both for the production process and plant, and for the set up and application of the pectins in its different fields of use.
